My name is Pratik Patel, and I'm a Health and Performance Coach living in Kansas City. I'm passionate about helping fellow Indians and South Asians improve their health, fitness, and overall well-being.

I specialize in providing targeted interventions that address the unique genetic, cultural, and lifestyle factors that our community faces. This includes personalized plans for fat loss, muscle gain, and achieving optimal health.

Over the past 20 years, I've dedicated myself to studying health, nutrition, fitness, and recovery. I've had the privilege of working with dozens of elite organizations including NCAA Division 1 Colleges, the New York Giants, as well as Fortune 500 companies.

My work has been featured in major media outlets like USA Today, Outside Magazine, and ESPN, and I've been a guest on over 75 podcasts.

I'm also the author of four scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals. I hold a bachelor's degree in Dietetics and a master's degree in Kinesiology from Kansas State University, and I completed my Dietetic Internship at the renowned Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida.

As a Registered Dietitian (RD) through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), I'm committed to providing the highest quality of care to my clients.
