From the moment you join my coaching program, you’re stepping into a structured, thoughtful, and proven process designed to set you up for success. Here’s what you can expect, step by step, from the time you make your first payment to the day we officially start working together—and beyond.
1. Discovery Call
Your journey begins with a one-on-one discovery call. This is where we get to know each other, discuss your goals, and outline what success looks like for you. It’s your chance to ask questions and ensure this program is the perfect fit.
2. Coaching Agreement and Payment
After the discovery call, you’ll receive a clear coaching agreement to finalize your enrollment. You can choose the payment option that works best for you. Once your payment is complete, you’re officially on your way to transforming your health.
3. New Client Assessment Form
You’ll fill out a detailed assessment form to provide key insights into your current habits, lifestyle, and health. Within 48 hours of submission, I’ll review your form and send back a personalized video response via Loom, outlining initial feedback and next steps.
4. Comprehensive Testing and Assessments
To create a plan tailored specifically for you, we need data. This phase includes:
- -DEXA Scan: To assess body composition, including muscle, fat, and bone density.
- Comprehensive Bloodwork: To identify any underlying health markers and areas to optimize.
- Fitness and Metabolic Testing: To evaluate your fitness level, VO2 max, and resting metabolic rate (RMR)
- Genetic Testing: To understand your specific South Asian genetics, what they influence, and how to use them to tailor a specific approach to your health and fitness
- If additional testing is needed, we’ll discuss and arrange it during this stage.
5. Goal Setting and Education
Once your assessments are underway, we’ll define your short- and long-term goals. You’ll also receive client-specific educational videos to help you understand the program and set the foundation for success.
6. Testing Review and Start Date
Once your test results are in, we’ll schedule a follow-up session to review your data in detail. Together, we’ll confirm your start date and set clear expectations for the program.
7. Coaching App and Access to Premium Tools
Before your official start, you’ll gain access to my coaching app so you can track workouts, nutrition, and progress while staying connected with me. You'll also get access to premium supplements and resources at discounted rates thanks to my connections with Thorne, Klean Athlete, Design for Health, and Fullscript Accounts
8. Creation of Your Full Plan
Using your test results and goals, I’ll craft a comprehensive plan tailored to you, covering:
- Nutrition, Supplementation, and Hydration strategies
- Exercise and Training Plans customized to your schedule and goals
- Movement, Mobility, and Recovery Protocols
- Sleep Optimization Strategies
- Stress Management and Self-Care Practices
- Mindset and Psychology Tools to help you stay motivated
9. Week 0: Prep and Final Review
You’ll receive all materials one week before your official start date (Week 0). This gives you time to review everything, get familiar with the process, and prepare any questions. If needed, we’ll schedule a final intro call to ensure you’re 100% ready.
10. Your Transformation Begins
When your start date arrives, you’ll have everything you need to hit the ground running. With my guidance, support, and accountability, you’ll begin your journey toward better health, energy, confidence, and strength.
